These Meals for One have been handpicked for people dining alone. All items in these combos are sold in pairs, but are individually wrapped. With these packages we include our Single-Serving Side Dishes. Each meal serves 1 - 2.

Salmon Caponata
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15-20 min or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 mins longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place on a plate and serve. Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray on plate in microwave. Heat for 3-4 minutes or until warm, stirring periodically. Carefully place on a plate and serve.

Barley Vegetable Pilaf
Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. Microwave (preferred method): Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray with barley on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Place pilaf into a bowl to serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray and place tray on a cookie sheet. Heat for 15 minutes, stirring periodically. Place barley into a bowl to serve.

Broccoli, Mushroom & Zucchini Soup
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Stovetop (Preferred Method):Turn burner onto low heat. Place soup into a pan and cook for 2 to 2.5 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Carefully place into a bowl and serve. Microwave (optional): Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray with soup on a plate in the microwave. Heat for 2 minutes, stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Carefully place soup into a bowl to serve.

Wheat Dinner Rolls
For best results use conventional oven. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove desired number of rolls from container. Brush tops of rolls with butter or topping of your choice. Place rolls on baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until desired browning. Carefully remove and serve.

Cheese & Spinach Manicotti with Marinara Sauce
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. When thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Heating times are approximate and may vary.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover tray with foil and place in oven. Heat for 15-20 min or until warm. Remove foil & heat 5 mins longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place pasta onto a plate and serve. Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on a plate in the microwave. Heat for 3-4 minutes until warm. Carefully place pasta onto a plate and serve.

French Bread
No Reheating Required. Remove plastic packaging. Let the bread thaw, then serve and enjoy!

Pork Burnt Ends in BBQ Sauce
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking time will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Microwave: Do not remove or pierce plastic film. Place tray in microwave. Heat on high for 3.5 to 4.5 minutes. Film will expand and form a bubble during heating, then self vent and slowly relax over pork. Remove from microwave and let rest for 2 minutes. Caution, contents are very hot! Stovetop: Place contents of package in a small saucepan. Heat slowly over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Beef is ready when heated thoroughly. Remove from heat and place pork on a plate.

Fresh Corn Medley
Prepare from THAWED state (unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray with corn on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Place corn into a bowl to serve. Oven: Defrost corn. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with tinfoil. Place paper tray with corn in a 350 degree oven for heating. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Place corn onto a plate to serve.
