These Meals for One have been handpicked for people dining alone. All items in these combos are sold in pairs, but are individually wrapped. With these packages we include our Single-Serving Side Dishes. Each meal serves 1 - 2.

This meal includes the following:

   4 (3 oz.) Beef Pierogi
   2 (6 oz.) Mashed Sweet Potatoes
   2 (10 oz.) California Beef Stew
   2 (4 oz.) Carrot-Zucchini-Walnut Muffins

   2 (10 oz.) Cheese Ravioli with Marinara Sauce
   2 (6 oz.) Brussels Sprouts
   2 (10 oz.) Eggplant Parmigiana
   2 (3 oz.) French Bread

Beef Pierogi
If frozen, THAW before preparing. DO NOT RE-FREEZE. Overcooking decreases quality. Cook thoroughly, for food safety and quality heat to internal temp. of 165°F. Heating may vary depending on appliances. 
For Best Results Preheat skillet. Add 3 tbsp. of oil/butter and heat. Place Pierogi in skillet, do not overcrowd. Cook on low heat for 6 minutes, then 2 minutes on medium heat. Turn occasionally until golden brown. 
Boil: Heat 1 qt of water in pot to slow boil. Carefully place Pierogi in boiling water, uncovered for 2-3 minutes or until they rise to the top, stir occasionally. Drain.


Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover tray with foil. Heat 15-20 minutes or until warm. Carefully place potatoes onto a plate and serve. 
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring periodically. Carefully place potatoes into a bowl and serve.

California Beef Stew
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. 
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging. Cover tray with foil and place on baking sheet. Heat for 20-25 mins or until internal temp of 165 F. Carefully remove tray from oven and stir. 
Microwave: Remove tray from packaging. Place tray covered with paper towel on a plate in the microwave. Heat for 3-4 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes and serve.

Carrot-Zucchini-Walnut Muffins
No reheating required. Remove plastic packaging. Serve and enjoy!

Cheese Ravioli with Marinara Sauce
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

Brussels Sprouts
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place vegetables into a bowl to serve. 
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray on a plate in the microwave. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring periodically. Carefully place vegetables into a bowl and serve.

Eggplant Parmigiana
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 mins or until lightly browned. Carefully place eggplant onto a plate to serve. 
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray in the microwave for heating. Heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Place eggplant onto a plate to serve.

French Bread
No Reheating Required. Remove plastic packaging. Let the bread thaw, then serve and enjoy!
