These Meals for One (8 single meals) have been handpicked for people dining alone. All items in these combos are sold in pairs, but are individually wrapped. With these packages we include our Single-Serving Side Dishes. Each dinner includes 8 complete meals for one person. Menu is subject to change daily.

This meal includes the following:

2 (12 oz.) Beef Stroganoff with Pasta
2 (6 oz.) Broccoli Peas & Corn

2 (8 oz.) Chicken & Artichoke with Spinach
2 (6 oz.) Scalloped Potatoes

2 (10 oz.) Spinach & Mushroom Lasagna
2 (4 oz.) Fresh Herb Focaccia

2 (12 oz.) Vegetable Stew
2 (3 oz.) French Bread

 

Beef Stroganoff with Pasta
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary.Adjust cooking time accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 F. Remove tray from packaging. Cover tray with foil and place on baking sheet. Heat for 25-30 minutes or until internal temp of 165 F. Carefully remove tray from oven and stir. Let stand for 5 min before serving.

Broccoli Peas & Corn
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on cookie sheet in oven. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until hot. Carefully place vegetables onto plates and serve.

Chicken & Artichoke with Spinach
Oven: Remove packaging and place frozen breasts on non-stick baking sheet, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake 35 minutes in preheated 375 oven. Check product temperature with meat temperature probe inserted in center of product. For food safety, internal temperature must reach 165 F. This product can be defrosted in the refrigerator before cooking. If defrosted, just reduce cooking time by ten minutes. Refrigerate leftovers promptly.

Scalloped Potatoes
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Carefully place potatoes onto a plate and serve.

Spinach & Mushroom Lasagna
Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil and heat for 15 minutes or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Place pasta onto a plate and serve.

Fresh Herb Focaccia
Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. No Reheating Required. Remove plastic packaging from tray. Serve and enjoy!

Vegetable Stew
Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15 minutes or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Place stew onto a plate to serve.

French Bread
No Reheating Required. Remove plastic packaging. Let the bread thaw, then serve and enjoy!

French Green Beans in Mushroom Cream Sauce
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray with beans on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until hot, stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Carefully place onto a plate and serve.

Orzo with Spinach Caponata
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Microwave: No need to puncture film. Heat on HIGH for 4-5 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Carefully remove film and serve.

Chicken and Rice Soup
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. When thawed, product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Stovetop: Turn burner to low heat. Place soup into a pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until hot, stirring occasionally. Carefully pour into a bowl and serve.
