These Meals for One (8 single meals) have been handpicked for people dining alone. All items on are sold for these packages are individually wrapped. With these packages we include our Single-Serving Side Dishes. Each dinner includes 8 complete meals for one person. Menu is subject to change daily.

Chicken Parmigiana
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Oven
: Preheat oven to 350º F. Remove plastic from paper tray and cover tray with foil. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 minutes longer until browned. Carefully place on plate and serve.

Rosemary Potatoes
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 350º F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15 -20 mins or until crispy if desired. Carefully place potatoes onto a plate and serve.

Beef Teriyaki
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. Bon Appetit! Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350º F. Remove plastic packaging. Cover tray with foil and place on baking sheet. Heat for 20-25 mins or until internal temp of 165 F. Carefully remove tray from oven and stir.

Fresh Cut Corn Medley
Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray with corn on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3minutes, stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Place corn into a bowl to serve.

Portobello/Shiitake Mushroom Ravioli
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 350º F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil and heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place pasta onto a plate and serve.

Whole-Grain Rolls
To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use and store at room temperature. Product may be kept at room temperature up to 3 days. No Reheating Required. Remove plastic packaging from tray. Serve and enjoy!

Many Bean Soup
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Stovetop: Turn burner onto low heat. Place soup into pan and cook 5 to 8 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Carefully place soup into bowl and serve.

Stuffed Baked Potato
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer on morning of the day of use. Product may be kept refrigerates up to 3 months prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray and drain any extra water in the tray. Place in oven and heat for 45-50 minutes or until crispy if desired. Carefully place potatoes on a plate and serve.

Creamy Spinach
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 350º F. French Bread
No Reheating Required. Remove plastic packaging. Let the bread thaw, then serve and enjoy!

Chocolate Ganache Cake
No reheating necessary. Thaw cake. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place cake onto a plate to serve.

U-Bake Apple-Raisin Strudel
Oven-from Frozen: DO NOT THAW. Prepare from frozen for best results. Do not thaw-prepare from frozen state. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove strudel from packaging and place on cookie sheet in oven. Cook for 30-40 minutes until browned. Remove strudel from oven and place on plate. Enjoy!
