These Meals for One (8 single meals) have been handpicked for people dining alone. All items in these combos are sold in pairs, but are individually wrapped. With these packages we include our Single-Serving Side Dishes. Each dinner includes 8 complete meals for one person. Menu is subject to change daily.

This meal includes the following:

   2 (11 oz.) Southwest Chicken Casserole
   2 (4 oz.) Wheat Dinner Rolls

   2 (10 oz.) Salmon Caponata
   2 (6 oz.) Rice with Mixed Vegetables
   2 (10 oz.) Broccoli, Mushroom & Zucchini Soup

   2 (11 oz.) Cheese & Spinach Manicotti
   2 (6 oz.) Pesto and Cheese Flatbread
   2 (6 oz.) Cabbage and Noodles (Haluski Kapusta)

Southwest Chicken Casserole
Do not thaw prior to cooking for best results. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375 F. Remove frozen entree from carton. Remove film cover and loosely cover with aluminum foil. Place frozen entree on baking sheet. Bake in 375 F oven for 55-65 minutes or until internal temperature of 170 degrees. Carefully remove and let stand 8-10 minutes. Serve. 
Microwave: Remove tray from box and remove film cover. Cook on High for 4 minutes. After cooking, let stand for 2 minutes.


Wheat Dinner Rolls
For best results use conventional oven. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove desired number of rolls from container. Brush tops of rolls with butter or topping of your choice. Place rolls on baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until desired browning. Carefully remove and serve.

Salmon Caponata
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15-20 min or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 mins longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place on a plate and serve. 
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray on plate in microwave. Heat for 3-4 minutes or until warm, stirring periodically. Carefully place on a plate and serve.


Rice with Mixed Vegetables
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 
Microwave (preferred method): Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray with rice on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until warm stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Carefully place rice into a bowl and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove packaging & place tray on cookie sheet. Heat for 15-20 minutes, or until warm, stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Carefully place rice into a bowl and serve.

Broccoli, Mushroom & Zucchini Soup
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Stovetop (Preferred Method): Turn burner onto low heat. Place soup into a pan and cook for 2 to 2.5 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Carefully place into a bowl and serve. 
Microwave (optional): Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray with soup on a plate in the microwave. Heat for 2 minutes, stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Carefully place soup into a bowl to serve.


Cheese & Spinach Manicotti
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. When thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Heating times are approximate and may vary. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover tray with foil and place in oven. Heat for 15-20 min or until warm. Remove foil & heat 5 mins longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place pasta onto a plate and serve. 
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on a plate in the microwave. Heat for 3-4 minutes until warm. Carefully place pasta onto a plate and serve.


Pesto and Cheese Flatbread
Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove flatbread from packaging and place on cookie sheet in oven. When crust is browned (approx. 12-14 minutes) remove flatbread from oven and place on plate.


Cabbage and Noodles (Haluski Kapusta)
Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. 
Microwave: Cut 2 slits in the top of the film. Microwave 1-2 minutes at high. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. 
Stovetop: Lightly fry in a pan over medium-high heat until hot.
