Our moist and flaky Atlantic Salmon fillets are marinated in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, paprika, onion, pepper, and natural grill flavor. This Salmon make a tasty meal that's oh, so easy! To complete this meal are our tempting Stuffed Baked Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts. Meal serves 8.

This meal includes the following:

   8 (6 oz.) Marinated Salmon Fillets
   8 (5.5 oz.) Stuffed Baked Potatoes

   4 (9.5 oz. pkgs.) Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Shallots
   8 (4 oz.) Individual Cheesecake Sampler

Marinated Salmon Fillets 
Thaw in refrigerator.Remove fillets from plastic wrap. Bake: Preheat oven to 400 °F. Place salmon fillets on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Grill: Grill salmon fillets over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side. Microwave:Place salmon fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking.

Stuffed Baked Potatoes
Do Not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Remove wrapping. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for an additional 2 minutes.OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapping. Cover potatoes tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Heat for 30 minutes. Remove foil and stir potatoes. Continue heating for an additional 30 minutes.

Brussel Sprouts 
Do Not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove film and cover with foil. Place on a baking sheet. Place in oven on center rack. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Cheesecake Sampler
Remove cheesecake from packaging. To remove cheesecake from plastic cup, apply pressure to the bottom of the cup with thumbs while holding the edges. Place the cheesecake on a serving plate, cover with plastic wrap and thaw for approximately 2 hours at room temperature or 5-6 hours in the refrigerator. Cover and refrigerate any remaining portions for up to 7 days.
