   1 (8.99 oz.) Balsamic Glazed Chicken with Roasted Potatoes & Green Beans
   1 (11.75 oz.) Breaded Fish & Alfredo Spinach Sauce, Sweet Potatoes & Cauliflower
   1 (12 oz.) Beef with Salsa Verde, Mashed Potatoes & Brussel Sprouts   
   1 (11 oz.) Salmon Caponata with Orzo & Spinach

Our Complete Meals Low Sodium Special Diet Meals are designed with a dietitian to be healthy and low in sodium, and by our chefs to be delicious! Each meal has a main course and either one or two side dishes.

Breaded Chicken Parmesan, with Pasta with Broccoli
Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. When serving, feel free to season to taste. 
Microwave Oven (1000 watts): No need to puncture film on tray. Cook on high for a total of 7 ½ minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Cook meals to minimum internal temperature of 165° F. 
Oven: No need to puncture film on tray. Preheated 300°F on lowest fan setting. Cook meal for 50-55 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Cook meals to minimum internal temperature of 165° F.

Macaroni & Cheese with Stewed Tomatoes & Bean Blend
Do Not Defrost. Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. 
Microwave (Recommended Method): Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 9 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time. Carefully remove product and let sit 2 minutes. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Place meal on baking sheet. Slit film over each compartment. Heat in oven for 25 minutes. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cooking time, then carefully peel back, avoiding escaping steam. Enjoy!

Balsamic Glazed Chicken with Roasted Potatoes & Green Beans
Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. When serving, feel free to season to taste.

Microwave (Recommended Method): Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meal on baking sheet and use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Heat in oven for 15-25 minutes. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time then carefully peel back film avoiding escaping steam.

Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. When serving, feel free to season to taste.

Microwave: No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated. Heat for 4-5 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Carefully remove film and serve. 
Oven: No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated. Place meal on baking sheet. Heat in 350 F for 25-30 mins or until internal temp. of 165ºF. Carefully remove film and serve.
