The tenderest steak, trimmed again and again by our master butchers to achieve flawless, zero-exterior-fat steak perfection.  Each of these luxurious filets is 100% premium aged beef and nothing else. Completely trimmed of exterior fat!  Paired with lean, low-fat masterfully trimmed and deboned chicken breasts; the standard in chicken breasts. A truly special treat. Meal serves 10.

This meal includes the following:

   6 (5 oz.) Triple-Trimmed® Filet Mignons
   4 (4 oz.) Boneless Chicken Breasts

Triple-Trimmed® Filet Mignons
For best results, remove the vacuum-sealed steaks from the box and thaw overnight in your refrigerator. You can also thaw the sealed steaks in cold water for 30-45 minutes. After cooking, allow the steaks to rest 3-5 minutes before serving. Verify the degree of doneness by using your kitchen thermometer.

The cooking times below are in minutes and based on fully thawed steaks.

Gas Grill: Preheat grill to 450°F, reduce to medium heat prior to cooking.
Charcoal Grill: Sear over red hot coals, for steaks over 1 1/4" finish over indirect heat.

Boneless Chicken Breasts
Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 ° F as measured by use of a thermometer.Thaw in Refrigerator.
Broil or Grill: Preheat broiler or grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature is 165°F.
Contact Grill: Grill 3-4 minutes total on preheated contact grill or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 °F. Season as desired. Place chicken breasts in greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
Pan Sauté: Place 1 Tbsp. of cooking oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts to pan. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side reducing heat to medium after flipping. Cook to an Internal temperature of 165°F.
