Rolled Lasagna Bolognese
From Frozen. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Do not remove film or vent. Bake for 36-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Allow a few minutes to cool before enjoying!
OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Peel off the clear plastic film from the tray, cover tray with foil, place on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven. Cook thawed product for 10 minutes or frozen product for 35-40 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for 10-15 additional minutes until the zucchini parmigiana reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Allow zucchini parmigiana to rest for 5 minutes and then remove from tray before serving. MICROWAVE: Lift one corner of the plastic film from the tray. Do NOT remove product from tray. Place in microwave. Cook thawed product for 10-12 minutes, or frozen product for 14-18 minutes, or until zucchini parmigiana reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Allow zucchini parmigiana to rest for 5 minutes and then remove from tray.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove lid from tray and cover with foil. Place tray on baking sheet in center of oven. Cook from frozen for 40-50 minutes. Verify internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. After cooking, let stand for 3 minutes.
