
Jumbo Cooked Shrimp
Quick Thawing Method. Remove shrimp from bag and place in a large bowl of cold water to thaw for approximately 10-20 minutes. Drain water. Serve shrimp with cocktail sauce, if desired. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Use within 24 hours of thawing. Thaw in refrigerator. Place shrimp in strainer, with a plate underneath the strainer. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Rinse well, drain and serve with cocktail sauce, if desired. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Use within 24 hours of thawing.
