Traditional Italian meals.

Italian Dinner Sampler. This Italian meal will take you to the picturesque landscapes, rolling hills, and vineyards of beautiful Italy. The Ravioli in Truffle Sauce features a brown-butter infused pasta is stuffed with a rich filling featuring Ricotta, Mascarpone, and Parmesan cheeses. Eggplant Parmesan is an old-world classic done just right. Tender eggplant cutlets, breaded and lightly fried, are layered with a rich marinara and a blend of Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Born from the relentless creativity of Sicilian cooking, Arancini are traditionally made from risotto. Ours are made with fine Italian sausage, roasted peppers, caramelized onion, garlic, and a touch of spinach, and then rolled in bread crumbs. These lovely Italian appetizers make a fine snack or an inventive hors d’oeuvre or side dish. Italian Grilling Sausage is destined to be the best grilled sausage you’ve ever had. Fresh hand-made pork sausage is loaded up with ten cheeses, including Romano, Mozzarella, Asiago, and Parmesan, and finished with garlic, olive oil, and fresh parsley for a flavor that is unlike any other sausage. Coiled in a ring and secured, just heat up the grill (or pop in the oven) and enjoy. Unbeatable flavor. Arrives uncooked.  Each meal serves 4 - 6.
