Italian Chicken Piccata
Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly. Stove Top: Open meal bag and remove sauce. Thaw sauce by placing it in a bowl of HOT water while preparing the remainder of the meal. On stove top heat 10-inch NONSTICK skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and remaining bag contents to skillet. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the skillet, cover and cook for 8 minutes, stirring once at 4 minutes. Increase heat to medium high, remove lid and cook for 4 additional minutes stirring every minute. Add thawed sauce to skillet, stir to coat chicken and pasta and cook for 2 minutes, uncovered, or until sauce is hot and bubbling. Remove skillet from heat, cover and let stand for 1 minute before serving. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. FOOD MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
Meat Lover's Lasagna
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place frozen tray of lasagna on a baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove tray from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve. Microwave (1100-watt): Remove tray from box and cut small slit in the center of film. Place frozen tray on microwave-safe plate in the center of the microwave and cook on medium high for 14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove tray from microwave and let stand 5 minutes. Carefully remove film, slice and serve.
Fully Cooked Italian Chicken Breasts
These boneless, skinless, chicken breasts are already precooked. They may be thawed, sliced and served cold.
From Frozen: Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken breasts on foil lined baking sheet. Heat for 12-15 minutes. Microwave: Place chicken breasts in microwave safe dish. Cover with paper towel and heat on HIGH for 2-2 ½ minutes.
From Thawed: Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken breasts on foil lined baking sheet. Heat for 8-10 minutes.Microwave: Place chicken breasts in microwave safe dish. Cover with paper towel and heat on HIGH for 1-1 ½ minutes. Broil or Grill: To warm, preheat your broiler or grill. Warm chicken breasts for approximately 3 minutes per side. Contact Grill: Grill 2 ½ -3 minutes.

Preparation to thaw: Remove from freezer and packaging and thaw at room temperature for 30-45 minutes. Refrigerate any unused portions covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Pepper Jack Risotto Cakes
Do Not Thaw!
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place desired number of Risotto Cakes on a foil lined baking sheet, allowing approximately 2 inches between pieces. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
MICROWAVE: Place 1-2 Risotto Cakes in a microwave safe dish. Cook on high power for 2-3 minutes.
PAN-FRY: Preheat 2 teaspoons of cooking oil for each Risotto Cake in a large non-stick skillet on medium heat. Form the Risotto Cake into the shape of a patty. Add to skillet, cooking for 2½ - 3 minutes on each side.
