Ravioli in Truffle Sauce
From Frozen. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F. Do NOT remove film or vent. Bake for 41 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Allow a few minutes to cool before enjoying!
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove lid from tray and cover with foil. Place tray on baking sheet in center of oven. Cook from frozen for 55-65 minutes.* Verify internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. After cooking, let stand for 3 minutes.
Microwave: Remove lid from tray and loosely cover tray with microwave safe plastic wrap. Cut vents in plastic and place tray on a plate or glass dish. Place plate in center of microwave. Please ensure tray does not contact sides of the microwave.* Heat on high power for 10 minutes. Then heat on medium power for an additional 8 minutes. After cooking, let stand in microwave for 3 minutes.

From Frozen: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray and bake for 12-13 minutes until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. For best results, turn after 7 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. If defrosted, reduce cooking time.
Cheese Italian Grilling Sausage
Defrost sausage fully in the refrigerator. Remove from packaging and pat dry for all cooking methods below.
On the grill: Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat. Cook for approximately 15-17 minutes on each side or until an internal temperature of 160 degrees F has been reached as measured on a meat thermometer.
In the oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the sausage ring on a baking sheet in the center of the oven for 15-17 minutes. Turn the heat down to 300 degrees F and cook for an additional 20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160°F has been reached as measured on a meat thermometer.
In the frying pan: Add a teaspoon of olive oil to a hot pan. Place ring in the frying pan and cover for 6-8 minutes. Turn over sausage ring and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 160 degrees F has been reached as measured on a meat thermometer.
