Pulled from pristine cold waters, our Icelandic Cod fillets are frozen just once - on the day they were caught - and delivered directly to you. These heart healthy, lean and juicy cuts are boneless, skinless and easy to prepare: just brush lightly with olive oil and lightly season. Grilled, broiled, baked - however you prepare it, you can be sure our Icelandic Cod will make a fresh, flavorful meal. We have include a melange of root vegetables  - colorful, flavorful, and easy to make. Our chefs have chopped big chunks of sweet potatoes, cauliflower, yellow carrots, and red onion and fire-roasted them to perfection. Also included are crisp and flavorful green beans. All of this to make this an excellent seafood dinner delivered to your door. Meal serves 4.

This meal includes the following:

4 (6 oz.) Icelandic Cod Fillets
2 (10 oz.) Smashed Red Potatoes
2 (6.5 oz.) Green Beans

Icelandic Cod Fillets 
FROM THAWED: Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place thawed Cod portions on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Optional: Lightly season cod with olive oil, sea salt and fresh lemon juice prior to placing in oven. FROM FROZEN: Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen Cod portions on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Bake for 25-27 minutes. Optional: Lightly season cod with olive oil, sea salt and fresh lemon juice prior to placing in oven.

Smashed Red Potatoes
Do Not Thaw Microwave (1100-Watt): Remove cellophane covering tray. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for 1 minute. Let rest 1 minute before serving.Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove cellophane covering tray and place on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes before serving.

Green Beans 
Preparation: Do Not Thaw! Microwave (1100-WATT): Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 30 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 28 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.
