Serve this masterpiece at your next dinner! You'll enjoy the wonderful combination of the sweet glazed topping and hickory smoked flavor of our spiral sliced ham with the flavor enhancing bone left in. It's fully cooked and spiral sliced for your serving convenience. Add a delicious array of trimmings including gourmet Brussel Sprouts, Whipped Sweet Potatoes and you've got a meal that is sure to impress! But wait, we're including two whole pies! Pumpkin and pecan pies that are sure to please everyone at the holiday table. Meal serves 6-10. Don't forget to checkout our appetizer and desserts too.

This meal includes the following:

1 (8 lb.) Spiral Sliced Ham (Ham serves 10-14)
4 (9.5 oz. pkgs) Brussel Sprouts with shallots and bacon
6 (14 oz. pkgs) Whipped Sweet Potatoes
1 (8 inch) Pumpkin Pie (20 oz.)
1 (8 inch) Pecan Pie (22 oz.)

Spiral Sliced Ham
Thaw in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. Spiral Sliced Ham is fully cooked making it possible to serve directly from the refrigerator. Oven: preheat oven to 325°F. Remove Spiral Sliced Ham from film and foil. Place ham cut side down on a raised edge baking pan lined with foil. Heat, uncovered, for 60-75 minutes for entire ham or 10 minutes per pound for smaller portions.

Brussel Sprouts
Do Not Thaw! Stove Top: Separate Brussel Sprouts and place in a large pan over medium heat. Cook for 12-15 minutes stirring often. Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place frozen tray on a foil lined baking sheet in the center of the oven. Cook for 35-40 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and serve. Microwave: cook on high for 4 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes. Stir and serve.

Whipped Sweet Potatoes
Do not thaw. Microwave: Cut slit in film covering tray. Place sweet potato tray in microwave. Cook on high for 4-6 minutes. Remove tray from microwave, stir and let stand for 2 minutes. Remove film. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film from tray. Cover with foil. Place sweet potato tray on baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Heat for 30 minutes. Stir. Place foil over tray and continue heating in oven for an additional 30 minutes until heated through.

Pumpkin Pie
Thaw in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Remove all packing, slice and serve. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Pecan Pie
​From Thawed: Thaw in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 4-5 hours. If desired heated, remove plastic packaging but leave pie in foil pan. Place pie on a foil lined baking sheet. Place pie on center rack in oven. Bake pie in a preheated 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes. Rest pie 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. Single slices can be plated and heated in the microwave for 20-25 seconds on HIGH heat. From Frozen: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove pie from plastic packaging but leave pie in foil pan. Place pie on a foil lined baking sheet. Place pie on center rack of oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Carefully remove pie from oven and wait 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
