Bacon-Wrapped Scallops
1 (9 oz.) pkg. | 12 Scallops
Thaw under refrigeration overnight. Oven: Preheat oven to 400F. Remove scallops from tray. Place individual bacon wrapped scallops on a foil-lined baking sheet allowing 1 inch or more between pieces. Bake uncovered for 14 - 16 minutes. Cook to minimum internal temperature of 165F.

Roasted Root Vegetables
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. | serves 4
Do Not Thaw. Oven: Preheat oven to 450F. Remove vegetables from packaging. Spread in single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, teaspoon salt and ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper. Roast for 25 minutes until golden brown and tender. Microwave (1100 Watt): Remove vegetables from packaging. Place in a microwave-safe dish. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, teaspoon salt and ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper. Cover with plastic wrap venting one corner. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Carefully peel back film; stir. Microwave an additional 1 minutes or until tender.

Asparagus Spears With Hollandaise Sauce
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. | serves 4
Do Not Thaw! Microwave: Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 3-4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Carefully remove film and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove from oven and serve.

Chocolate Lava Cakes
4.2 oz. | 4 count
Do Not Thaw! Microwave*: Remove plastic film from Chocoalte Lava Cake. Turn cake upside down on microwave safe plate. Loosen from cup by pressing center of cup with thumbs while holding the edges. Do not remove cup. Microwave on high for 45-50 seconds. Remove cup and serve. Bake: Preheat oven to 400F. preheat oven to 400F. Remove packaging, including cup from Chocolate Lava Cake. To remove cake from cup, turn upside down and press the center of the cup with thumbs while holding the edges. Place desired number of cakes on baking sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 1-2 minutes. Carefully lift from baking sheet to plate with spatula.
