This meal includes the following:

    1 (16 oz. pkg.) Wild Argentinian Red Shrimp
    1 (8 oz. pkg.) Bacon-Wrapped Pepper Jack Shrimp
    1 (1.5 lbs.) Blackened Shrimp

Wild Argentinian Red Shrimp
16 oz. pkgs. | 1 pkg.
Despite their appearance, Argentinian Red Shrimp are RAW. Cook until shrimp are opaque and reach a minimum internal temperature of 140F. Season as desired.
FROM FROZEN: Stovetop, Steam: Add 2 inches of water to a saucepan and insert steamer basket. Heat water to a boil using medium high heat. Remove shrimp from bag, add to steamer basket, cover and boil for 6-8 minutes. Stovetop, Saute: Preheat small amount of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Remove frozen shrimp from packaging and carefully place in skillet. Cook covered for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through. GRILL: Preheat grill with lightly oiled grilling pan to medium. Remove frozen shrimp from packaging and add to pan. Cover pan and grill 4-5 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through.

Bacon-Wrapped Pepper Jack Shrimp
1 (8 oz.) pkg. | 12 pieces
Thaw under refrigeration overnight. Oven: Preheat oven to 400F. Remove shrimp from tray. Place individual bacon wrapped shrimp on a foil-lined baking sheet allowing one inch or more between pieces. Bake uncovered for 14-16 minutes or until cheese begins to melt and shrimp is pink. Cook to minimum internal temperature of 165F.

Blackened Shrimp
1 (1.5 lb.) pkg. | ~40 shrimp
Do Not Thaw! STOVE TOP: Preheat skillet on high with 1 teaspoon oil. Add frozen shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on the first side then 1-2 minutes on second side or until shrimp turns opaque. GRILL: Preheat perforated grill pan on high. Spray or wipe with small amount of oil to prevent sticking. Add frozen shrimp to pan and cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side or until sides turn opaque.
