    4 (6 oz.) Lemon Dill Salmon Fillets
    2 (7 oz. pkgs.) Roasted Vegetable Medley
    2 (6.5 oz. pkgs.) Green Beans

Marinated Salmon Fillets
6 oz. | 4 count
Thaw in refrigerator.Remove fillets from plastic wrap. Bake: Preheat oven to 400 F. Place salmon fillets on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Grill: Grill salmon fillets over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side. Microwave:Place salmon fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking.

Lemon Dill Salmon Fillets
6 oz. | 4 count
FROM FROZEN: OVEN: Preheat oven to 400F. Remove salmon from packaging and place on a foil lined baking sheet on center rack of oven. Bake 22-24.
Microwave: Remove fillets from packaging and place 2 frozen fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on high 5-6 minutes, turning over half way through cooking. Let ret 1-2 minutes before removing from the microwave and serving. Thaw in Refrigerator. OVEN: Preheat oven to 400F. Remove fillets from packaging. Place fillets on foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Microwave: Remove fillets from packaging. Place fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking. Let rest 1-2 minutes before removing from the microwave and serving.

Roasted Vegetable Medley
2 (7 oz.) pkgs. | serves 4
Do Not Thaw! Microwave: Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Stir and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.

Green Beans
2 (6.5 oz.) pkgs. | serves 4
Preparation: Do Not Thaw! Microwave (1100-WATT): Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 30 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Stir and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 400F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 28 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.
