   1 (11.0 oz.) Chicken with Sweet & Sour Sauce, Rice and Blended Vegetables 
   1 (14.0 oz.) Chicken and Andouille Sausage Jambalaya, Rice and Broccoli
   1 (16.0 oz.) Chili with Beans with Carrots & Broccoli Florets
   1 (10.85 oz.) White Meat Chicken with BBQ Sauce, Sweet Mashed Potatoes & Cauliflower
   1 (10.9 oz.) Grilled Pesto Chicken Breast Patty with Lima Beans & Three Seasons Blend

Beef Patty with Carrots & Brussels Sprouts
Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. When serving, add salt & pepper to taste.
Microwave: Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time. 
Oven: Slit film over each compartment. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Carefully remove product.

Beef with Red Wine Sauce, Red Diced Potatoes, Okra & Corn
Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. When serving, feel free to season to taste.

Being unable to get to some friends in need, we sent them a meal and asked them to let us know how they liked it. We definitely plan to use this service again because the recipients were thrilled to enjoy such a wonderful meal.
