Fully Cooked Beef Pot Roast
FROM THAWED: Thaw in refrigerator. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove thawed roast and juice from package and place in covered pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes. FROM FROZEN: Microwave: Place frozen roast and packaging upside down in microwave safe dish. Microwave on DEFROST for 30 minutes, turning over half way through cooking. Cut 2 small slits in packaging, microwave on high for 15-17 minutes. Remove from packaging. Slice and serve with au jus.

Meat Lover's Lasagna
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place frozen tray of lasagna on a baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove tray from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve. Microwave (1100-watt): Remove tray from box and cut small slit in the center of film. Place frozen tray on microwave-safe plate in the center of the microwave and cook on medium high for 14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove tray from microwave and let stand 5 minutes. Carefully remove film, slice and serve.

Beef Shepherd's Pie
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove film from tray. Place tray on baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Bake 55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Philly Cheesesteak Sirloin
Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly. FROM THAWED: Preheat a medium nonstick skillet to medium high. Add 1 T. oil and philly steaks. Cook 3 minutes, or until meat begins to brown. Flip meat and cook for 1 minute. Break apart meat and cook until meat is browned and reaches 165°F. Season to taste and, if desired, serve with sauteed onions and peppers on your favorite toasted roll. FROM FROZEN: Preheat a nonstick skillet to medium high. Add 1 T. oil, 1 T. water and philly steaks. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, or until meat begins to brown. Flip meat over, cover and cook 3 minutes. Uncover and break apart meat. Cook until meat is browned and reaches 165°F. Season to taste and, if desired, serve with sauteed onions and peppers on your favorite toasted roll.

All-Beef Meatballs
Preparation: FROM FROZEN OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place meatballs 1 inch apart on a foil lined baking sheet. Heat for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F. MICROWAVE (1100 WATT): Remove meatballs from packaging and place in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on high for 4 minutes for the entire bag or 2 minutes for half of bag. Let stand 1 minute before carefully removing plastic wrap.

Italian Chicken Fingers
Do Not Thaw. Keep Frozen Until Ready To Cook. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F, as measured by use of a thermometer. Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Place desired number of pieces on a foil lined, lightly oiled baking sheet allowing 1 inch or more between pieces. Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes. Air Fryer (1500 WATT): Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place desired amount of chicken fingers in fry basket leaving 1/2" space between each piece. Cook for 14-16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, flipping half way through cooking time.

Chicken Fried Steaks
FROM FROZEN: Do Not Thaw!  Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F, as measured by use of a thermometer.  Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove steaks from packaging and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Flip over steaks and bake an additional 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.  Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Place desired amount of chicken fried steaks in fry pan basket leaving ½" between each steak. Cook for 16-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°, flipping half way through cooking time.

Baked Chicken & Dumplings
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. COOK THOROUGHLY TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.  OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place entree on a baking sheet. Do not remove film. Place in oven on center rack. Cook for 40 minutes or until temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, let stand 5 minutes. Remove film, stir and serve.
