Spiral Sliced Ham
Thaw in refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Ham is fully cooked making it possible to serve directly from the refrigerator. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove ham from foil wrap and set aside for later; remove ham from film. Return ham to foil wrapping and place in oven safe roasting pan. Simply roll foil wrapping down leaving 2" foil roll around the bottom of the ham. Place ham in oven on a lower rack. Heat uncovered, for 60-75 minutes for entire ham or 10 minutes per pound for smaller portions. If desired, during the last 15 minutes of cooking time baste ham with pan drippings.
Whipped Sweet Potatoes
Do Not Thaw. MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Remove wrapping. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for an additional 2 minutes.OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapping. Cover potatoes tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Heat for 30 minutes. Remove foil and stir potatoes. Continue heating for an additional 30 minutes.
Steakhouse Cauliflower Gratin
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove film and cover with foil. Place on a baking sheet. Place in oven on center rack. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Do Not Thaw! Stove-top: Bring enough water to a boil in a pot to submerge soup bag. Place bag of soup in water. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer 30 minutes. Remove bag with tongs and carefully cut open corner using scissors. Pour into serving bowl and serve. Microwave: Place unopened bag in microwave. Microwave on defrost for 6-8 minutes. Carefully cut open corner of bag and pour into a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir well before serving.
Individual Cheesecake Sampler
Remove cheesecake from packaging. To remove cheesecake from plastic cup, apply pressure to the bottom of the cup with thumbs while holding the edges. Place the cheesecake on a serving plate, cover with plastic wrap and thaw for approximately 2 hours at room temperature or 5-6 hours in the refrigerator. Cover and refrigerate any remaining portions for up to 7 days.
