This meal includes the following:

   1 (3.5 lb.) New Zealand Boneless Leg of Lamb (limited supply)
   8 (5.5 oz.) Stuffed Baked Potatoes
   1 (24 oz.) Steakhouse Cauliflower Gratin
   2 (11 oz.) Creamed Spinach
   1 (2 lb.) Gourmet Cheesecake Sampler

New Zealand Boneless Leg of Lamb
Thaw roast completely in Refrigerator.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Rub lamb roast with oil and season thawed roast with Kosher Salt and cracked pepper or with one of the Omaha Steaks Seasoning blends. Place roast on an elevated wire roasting rack in a roasting pan with fat side up. Cook uncovered for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes for a rare to medium rare roast. For a medium to medium well roast cook 2 hours. Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before cutting away netting, slicing and serving.
Sear and Slow Roast: Preheat oven to 250°F. Rub lamb roast with oil and season thawed roast on all sides with Kosher Salt and cracked pepper or with one of the Omaha Steaks Seasoning blends. Heat 3T. of cooking oil in a large nonstick sautÉ pan over high heat. Carefully place roast in pan to brown for about 2-3 minutes on all sides. Place roast on an elevated wire roasting rack in a roasting pan with fat side up. Cook for 2 hours 15 minutes to 2 hours and 30 minutes for a rare to medium rare roast. For a medium to medium well roast cook 2 hours 45 minutes to 3 hours and 20 minutes to 3 hours. Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before cutting away netting slicing and serving.

Stuffed Baked Potatoes
Do Not Thaw!
Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove twice baked potato from package. Place desired number of frozen portions on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 40 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned.
Grill: Preheat grill. Remove twice baked potato from cellophane package. Place frozen potatoes on a sheet of aluminum foil. Wrap foil around potatoes, leaving top half exposed. Grill on medium-high heat. Cook with grill lid down for 35-45 minutes.
Microwave: Remove twice baked potato from wrap. Place one frozen potato on microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 2 ˝ - 4 minutes rotating at half way point. To cook two potatoes, increase cooking time to 4-6 minutes.

Steakhouse Cauliflower Gratin
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F PRIOR TO EATING.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove film and cover tray with foil. Place on a baking sheet. Place on center rack of the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.

Creamed Spinach
Do Not Thaw. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray and place tray on a baking sheet. Place baking sheet on middle rack of preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve. 
Microwave (1100 Watt): Remove plastic wrap from tray and place tray in microwave. Heat for 4 minutes on HIGH. Stir and microwave for 1 additional minute or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.

Gourmet Cheesecake Sampler
Remove from freezer and packaging and thaw at room temperature for 30-45 minutes. Refrigerate any unused portions covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
