   1 (16 oz.) Redhook® Amber Beer-Battered Shrimp

Coconut Shrimp 
Do Not Thaw! Oven: Preheat oven to 450° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil lightly brushed with oil. Place the desired number of Coconut Shrimp on a baking sheet. Bake for 14-16 minutes. Serve immediately.

Filet Mignon Pastry Bites
Do Not Thaw. OVEN: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Remove film from tray. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake 24 - 26 minutes on middle oven rack. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Classic Arancini
Do Not Thaw. Oven: Preheat oven to 425ºF. Remove desired number of frozen Arancini Bites from tray and place each in an individual cup of a mini-muffin pan or on a foil lined baking sheet allowing 1 inch or more between pieces. Bake uncovered for 11-13 minutes.
Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Place desired amount of arancini in fry basket leaving ½" space between each piece. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

Franks in a Blanket, Everything-Style
Do not thaw. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 400° F. Remove desired number of dogs from package. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet, allowing 1-2 inches between pieces. Bake 18-20 minutes. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving. Product must reach an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer.

Filet Mignon Sliders
Thaw in Refrigerator.
Grill or Broil: Grill or broil for 2-3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reads 160°F. Overcooking can result in a dry product.
Contact Grill: Grill for a total of 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Pan-Fry: Preheat a small amount of cooking oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add burgers and pan fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Redhook® Amber Beer-Battered Shrimp
Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly.
FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. FOOD MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place shrimp in a single layer on lined baking sheet. Bake 11-13 minutes, turning shrimp over halfway through baking time for best results. Bake until shrimp reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place desired number of shrimps in fry basket. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, shaking basket half way through cooking time.
