This meal includes the following:

    4 (5 oz.) Filet Mignons
    2 (5 oz.) Lobster Tails

Filet Mignons
For best results, remove the vacuum-sealed steaks from the box and thaw overnight in your refrigerator. You can also thaw the sealed steaks in cold water for 30-45 minutes. After cooking, allow the steaks to rest 3-5 minutes before serving. Verify the degree of doneness by using your kitchen thermometer.  The cooking times below are in minutes and based on fully thawed steaks. Gas Grill: Preheat grill to 450°F, reduce to medium heat prior to cooking.  Charcoal Grill: Sear over red hot coals, for steaks over 1 1/4" finish over indirect heat.

Cold Water Lobster Tails
Broil: Thaw lobster tails in refrigerator. Preheat broiler, position top rack 3-4 inches from heat source or preheat grill to medium. Butterfly tails by cutting down through middle of hard shell with a sharp knife. Cut through flesh but not underside membrane. Hold tail in both hands and open flat. Brush lightly with melted butter or olive oil. For broiling, place lobster tails on broiler pan shell side down. Broil for 6-7 minutes. For grilling, place flesh side down on grill and cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping when necessary if flare up occurs. Stove Top: From frozen; bring 2 quarts of water to a boil in large saucepan. Remove plastic wrap from frozen tails and place in boiling water. Return to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook tails for 12-15 minutes until meat is opaque in color. Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. FOOD MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER. 

Individual Asparagus Souffles
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. 
OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove desired number of servings from packaging and place on a foil-lined, lightly oiled baking sheet 1" apart. Place baking sheet in oven on center rack for 20-25 minutes, or until souffles are lightly browned on top and reach 145°F.

Gourmet Cheesecake Sampler
Preparation to thaw: Remove from freezer and packaging and thaw at room temperature for 30-45 minutes. Refrigerate any unused portions covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
