If someone in your circle is having a tough time, offer some help in the form of great food that's easy to make and arrives at their door. This is assortment is full of our most popular simple-to-make meals and desserts - traditional chicken & dumplings and beef stew that you just pot straight into your slow cooker, cheesecake you simply take out of the freezer, and tasty cakes that go straight in the oven. Each meal serves 4.

This meal includes the following:

   1 (48 oz.) - Slow Cooker Meal: Rustic Italian Beef Stew  
   1 (52 oz.) - Slow Cooker Meal: Chicken and Dumplings  
   4 ( 4.9 oz.) Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes
   4 ( 4 oz.) Individual New York Cheesecakes  

Slow Cooker Meal: Rustic Italian Beef Stew
Preparation: READ INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. FOOD MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
Instructions based on 6-quart slow cooker. Appliances vary; adjust cook time accordingly. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Remove bag and 2 packages of beef from box. Carefully open bag and remove 3 sauce pouches. Open beef packages and place beef in bottom of slow cookers. Open sauce pouches and place sauce, remaining bag contents and 1/4 cup of water on top of beef. Place lid securely onto slow cooker to minimize moisture loss. Cook on LOW 8 hours or HIGH for 6 hours. When cooking is complete, stir and serve.

Instructions for CROCK-POT® EXPRESS CROCK MULTI-COOKER. Remove bag and 2 packages of beef from box. Carefully open bag and remove 3 sauce pouches. Return bag containing vegetables to freezer. Add 1/4 cup of water to the bottom of the Crock-Pot® Express Crock Multi-Cooker. Open beef pouches and place beef in bottom of cooking pot. Open sauce pouches, and place sauce on top of beef. Place lid securely onto cooker. Press MEAT/STEW set pressure to HIGH, and adjust time to 55 minutes. Make sure steam valve is in the "Seal" (closed) position and push start. After 55 minutes release the pressure and open lid. Without stirring, add vegetables to cooking pot. Replace lid and press STEAM, set pressure to high, and set for 3 minutes. Make sure steam valve is in the "Seal" (closed) position and press START/STOP. Once cooking has completed, release the pressure, open lid, stir and serve.

Slow Cooker Meal: Chicken and Dumplings
READ INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook.

Remove bag and 2 packages of chicken from box. Carefully open bag and remove 3 sauce pouches. Return bag containing dumplings & vegetables to freezer. Open chicken packages and place chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Open sauce pouches and place sauce and 1/2 cup of water on top of chicken. Place lid securely onto slow cooker to minimize moisture loss. Select power level and cook time (see chart). Stir in the dumplings & vegetables at the last hour of cook time. Replace lid and cook for 1 hour. Stir and serve.

Instructions for CROCK-POT® EXPRESS CROCK MULTI-COOKER. Remove bag and packages of 2 chicken from box. Carefully open bag and remove 3 sauce pouches. Return bag containing vegetables to freezer. Add 1/2 cup of water to the bottom of the Crock-Pot® Express Crock Multi-Cooker. Open pouches and place chicken in bottom of cooking pot. Open sauce pouches, and place sauce on top of chicken. Place lid securely onto cooker. Press POULTRY, set pressure to HIGH, and adjust time to 15 minutes. Make sure the steam release valve is in the "Seal" (closed) position. Press START/STOP. After 15 minutes, release the pressure and open lid. Add vegetables to cooking pot and stir. Replace lid and press STEAM, set pressure to high, and set for 3 minutes. Make sure the steam release valve is in the "Seal" (closed) position. Once cooking has completed, release the pressure, open lid, stir and serve.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes
Do Not Thaw! Microwave: Remove cake from box and plastic film. Place cake right side up in its cup on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 55 seconds. Immediately invert cake on serving plate. Release cake (without removing it from cup) by applying pressure to the bottom of the cup with thumbs while gently pulling up on the edges. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before removing cup and serving.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove cakes from box and plastic film. Place cake right side up in their cups on a baking sheet. Bake for 14-15 minutes. Immediately invert cakes on serving plate. Release cakes (without removing them from their cups) by applying pressure to the bottom of the cups with thumbs while gently pulling up on the edges. Let stand covered by the cup for 3-5 minutes before removing cup and serving.

Individual New York Cheesecakes
FROM FROZEN: Take out desired number of cheesecakes from freezer and remove outer plastic wrap. Carefully remove cheesecake from cup by pressing the bottom of the cup with thumbs while holding the edges. Place on a serving plate and thaw for approximately 2 hours at room temperature or 5-6 hours in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap. Store any unused portions covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
