Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. 
Microwave (Recommended Method): Slit film over each compartment. Microwave on high 7 minutes. Carefully remove product and let stand 2 minutes. 
Oven: Slit film over each compartment. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Carefully remove product and serve.

Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. When serving, feel free to season to taste.
