Microwave (Recommended Method): Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time.

Lots of variety to choose from and not just your typical meals like lasagna. The only downside I had was shipping was expensive. It would be nice if the prices listed were all inclusive-$75 with food, tax, and shipping. It would make it easier. Food is delicious!
