Microwave (Recommended Method): Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350° F degrees. Slit film over each compartment. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Carefully remove product. 

Creamy Breaded Chicken Patty with Lima Beans & Mixed Vegetables

Oven: No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated. Place meal on baking sheet. Heat in 350ºF for 25-30 mins or until internal temp. of 165 degrees. Carefully remove film and serve.
