Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. When serving, feel free to season to taste. 
Microwave: No need to puncture film on tray. Cook on high for a total of 7 ½ minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Cook meals to minimum internal temperature of 165° F.
Oven: No need to puncture film on tray. Preheated 300°F on lowest fan setting. Cook meal for 50-55 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Cook meals to minimum internal temperature of 165° F.

Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. When serving, feel free to season to taste.

Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. 
Microwave: Slit film over each compartment. Microwave on high 7 minutes. Carefully remove product and let stand 2 minutes.
Oven: Slit film over each compartment. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Carefully remove product.

Breaded Fish Wedge, Butternut Squash & Autumn Blend
Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. When serving, add salt & pepper to taste.
Microwave (Recommended Method): Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meal on baking sheet and use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Heat in oven for 15-25 minutes. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time then carefully peel back film avoiding escaping steam and serve.


Breaded Parmesan Chicken Patty with Red Skin Potatoes & Mixed Vegetables
Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. 
Microwave (Recommended Method): Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place meal on baking sheet. Slit film over each compartment. Heat in oven for 25 minutes. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cooking time, then carefully peel back, avoiding escaping steam and serve.


Creamy Chicken & Dumpling Noodles with Lima Beans & Winter Vegetables
