   1 (11.3 oz.) Chicken Patty with Rosemary Gravy with Lima Beans and Spring Vegetables
   1 (11 oz.) Eggplant Parmigiana and Polenta with Spinach & Roasted Peppers
   1 ( 9.6 oz.) Honey Mustard Chicken Patty with Sweet Potatoes & Brussels Sprouts
   1 (11 oz.) Salmon Caponata with Orzo & Spinach
   1 (13.4 oz.) Beef Meatballs & Alfredo Shell Pasta, with Corn & Green Bean

Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. When serving, add salt & pepper to taste. 
Microwave (Recommended Method): Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meal on baking sheet and use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Heat in oven for 15-25 minutes. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time then carefully peel back film avoiding escaping steam.

Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly.
