   1 (10 oz.) Stuffed Shells with Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese & Blended Vegetables
   1 (11 oz.) Baked Tilapia, Brown Rice & Minted Carrots
   1 (10.1 oz.) BBQ Pork Patty, Red Skin Potatoes & Whole Kernel Corn
   1 (15.5 oz.) Chicken Parmigiana, Rice & Carrots
   1 (12.3 oz.) Flame Broiled Chicken Thigh Saltado, Cilantro Basmati Rice and Green Chimichurri 

Chicken & Teriyaki Rice with Sweet Potatoes & Brussels Sprouts
Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. When serving, add salt & pepper to taste. 
Microwave: Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time. 
Oven: Slit film over each compartment. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Carefully remove product and serve.

Beef Patty Strips with Orange Rice & Vegetables with Corn with Peppers & Broccoli Florets
Do Not Defrost. Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. 
Microwave (Recommended Method): Slit film over each compartment. Microwave on high 6 minutes. Carefully remove product and let stand 2 minutes. 
Oven: Slit film over each compartment. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Carefully remove product.

Italian Style Chicken Breast (Caponata) with Orzo & Spinach
Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. When serving, add salt & pepper to taste.
