Spinach Mushroom Lasagna with Garlic Green Beans (Serving Size: 12.3 oz.)
Lemon Pepper Fish with Roasted Potatoes and Okra & Stewed Tomatoes (Serving Size: 11 oz.)
Salmon Caponata with Orzo & Spinach (Serving Size: 11 oz.)
Chicken Parmigiana, Rice Carrots (Serving Size: 10 oz.)
Broiled Chicken Thigh Saltado, Cilantro Rice and Green Chimichurri (Serving Size: 10.5 oz.)

Our Complete Meals Diabetic Friendly Special Diet Meals are designed with a dietitian to be healthy and low in sodium, and by our chefs to be delicious! Each meal has a main course and either one or two side dishes.
-Easy to Re-heat in the Microwave or Oven
-Low in Sodium <700mg (although most are <500mg)
-Controlled Carbohydrates (most meals 20-45g & not to exceed 65g)

Chicken with General Tso's Sauce, Rice & Chinese Blend Vegetables
Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. When serving, feel free to season to taste. Microwave Oven: No need to puncture film on tray. Cook on high for a total of 7 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Cook meals to minimum internal temperature of 165F Oven: No need to puncture film on tray.Preheated 300F on lowest fan setting. Cook meal for 50-55 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Cook meals to minimum internal temperature of 165F.

Beef Patty & Onion Gravy, Red Skin Potatoes and Broccoli
Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. Microwave: Slit film over each compartment. Microwave on high 7 minutes. Carefully remove product and let stand 2 minutes. Oven: Slit film over each compartment. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. Carefully remove product and enjoy.

Spinach Mushroom Lasagna with Garlic Green Beans
Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. When serving, feel free to season to taste. Microwave Oven (1000 watts): No need to puncture film on tray Cook on high for a total of 7 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Cook meals to minimum internal temperature of 165 . Microwave on HIGH for 4 -5 minutes or until heated through. Carefully remove film and serve. Oven:  No need to puncture film. Heat in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Salmon Caponata with Orzo & Spinach
Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. Microwave: No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated.  Heat for 4-5 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Carefully remove film and serve. Oven: No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated. Place meal on baking sheet. Heat in 350 F for 25-30 mins or until internal temp. of 165 Carefully remove film and serve.

Chicken Parmigiana, Rice & Carrots
Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. When serving, add salt & pepper to taste. Microwave (Recommended Method): No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated. Microwave on HIGH for 4 -5 minutes. Add time if needed until heated thoroughly. Carefully remove film and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated. Place meal on baking sheet. Heat in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Carefully remove from oven and serve.

Flame Broiled Chicken Thigh Saltado, Cilantro Basmati Rice and Green Chimichurri
Microwave: Remove film and lid. Heat on high for 3-5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F as measured by a thermometer. If frozen, increase time by 1-2 minutes.

My parents really enjoyed the gift of food we bought them.They said that they actually split the diabetic meal for one for lunches.

This is the first time I ordered my mother a Meal Pack 2 rather than selecting the dishes individually. She was VERY pleased with the variety of the meals....beef, chicken, turkey, etc.
