This meal includes the following:

   1 (13.4 oz.) Beef Meatballs & Alfredo Shell Pasta, Corn with Peppers & Green Beans
   1 (10.5 oz.) Breaded Chicken w/ Broccoli & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes & Spinach
   1 (11 oz.) Meatloaf & Tomato Sauce, Brown Rice with Peas & Carrots
   1 (11 oz.) Turkey Chili with Brown Rice

   1 (11 oz.)  Salmon Caponata with Orzo & Spinach 
   1 (11.5 oz.) Beef with Red Wine Sauce, Red Diced Potatoes, Okra & Corn

   1 (8.8 oz.)  Breaded Pork, Red Skin Potatoes & Brussels Sprouts

Our Complete Meals Diabetic Friendly Special Diet Meals are designed with a dietitian to be healthy and low in sodium, and by our chefs to be delicious! Each meal has a main course and either one or two side dishes.
-Easy to Re-heat in the Microwave or Oven
-Low in Sodium <700mg (although most are <500mg)
-Controlled Carbohydrates (most meals 20-45g & not to exceed 65g)

Beef Meatballs & Alfredo Shell Pasta, with Corn with Peppers & Green Beans
Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. When serving, add salt & pepper to taste.
Microwave (Recommended Method): Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meal on baking sheet and use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Heat in oven for 15-25 minutes. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time then carefully peel back film avoiding escaping steam. 

Breaded Chicken Stuffed with Broccoli & Cheese with Gravy, Mashed Potatoes & Spinach
Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. When serving, feel free to season to taste.
Microwave Oven (1000 watts): No need to puncture film on tray. Cook on high for a total of 7 ½ minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Cook meals to minimum internal temperature of 165° F. 
Oven: No need to puncture film on tray. Preheated 300°F on lowest fan setting. Cook meal for 50-55 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Cook meals to minimum internal temperature of 165° F. 

Meatloaf & Tomato Sauce, Brown Rice with Peas & Carrots
Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. When serving, add salt & pepper to taste...Bon Appetit!

Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated. Place meal on baking sheet. Heat in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Carefully remove from oven and serve.

Turkey Chili with Brown Rice
Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. When serving, add salt & pepper to taste.
Microwave (Recommended Method): No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated. Heat on high for 4-5 minutes, or until heated through. Carefully remove film and serve. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated. Place meal on baking sheet. Heat for 25-30 minutes or until internal temp of 165 degrees F. Carefully remove film and place on a plate and serve.

Salmon Caponata with Orzo & Spinach
Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. 
Microwave: No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated. Heat for 4-5 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Carefully remove film and serve.
