1 (15.2 oz) Cheese Pizza with Mixed Vegetables and Bean Blend
1 (11 oz.) Spinach Mushroom Lasagna with Garlic Green Beans
1 (12 oz.) Vegetable Caponata with Orzo & Spinach

Our Complete Meals Diabetic Friendly Special Diet Meals are designed with a dietitian to be healthy and low in sodium, and by our chefs to be delicious! Each meal has a main course and either one or two side dishes.
-Easy to Re-heat in the Microwave or Oven
-Low in Sodium <700mg (although most are <500mg)
-Controlled Carbohydrates (most meals 20-45g & not to exceed 65g)

Cheese Manicotti & Vegetable Alfredo
KEEP FROZEN - Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. When serving, add salt & pepper to taste. 
Microwave (Recommended Method): Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meal on baking sheet and use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Heat in oven for 25 minutes. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time then carefully peel back film avoiding escaping steam.

Cheese Pizza with Mixed Vegetables and Bean Blend 
KEEP FROZEN - Do Not Defrost. Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. 
Microwave (Recommended Method): Slit film over each compartment. Microwave on high for 4 minutes until heated. Carefully remove product and let stand 2 minutes. 
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place meal on baking sheet. Slit film over each compartment. Heat in oven for 25 minutes. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cooking time, then carefully peel back, avoiding escaping steam.

Three Cheese Ravioli & Spinach Alfredo 
KEEP FROZEN - Do Not Defrost. Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. 
Microwave (Recommended Method): Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes until heated. (If the meal was defrosted, decrease cooking time). Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cooking time, then carefully peel back, avoiding escaping steam. 
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place meal on baking sheet and use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Heat in oven for 15-25 minutes. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cooking time, then carefully peel back, avoiding escaping steam.

Eggplant Parmigiana and Polenta with Spinach & Roasted Peppers
KEEP FROZEN - Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. When serving, add salt & pepper to taste.
Microwave (Recommended Method): No need to puncture film. Microwave on HIGH for 4 -5 minutes or until heated through. Carefully remove film and serve. 
Conventional Oven: No need to puncture film. Heat in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Macaroni & Cheese with Stewed Tomatoes & Bean Blend
KEEP FROZEN - Do Not Defrost. Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. 
Microwave (Recommended Method): Slit film over each compartment. Microwave on high for 9 minutes until heated. Carefully remove product and let stand 2 minutes.
