SendaMeal.com is always trying to respond to customers' needs. A request for a dairy-free food bundle prompted us to put this package together. There are no dairy products in the ingredients. (No cheese, butter, milk or cream). We hope you enjoy it!  Each meal serves 2 or 4.

This meal includes the following:

   2 ( 16 oz.) Cashew Chicken Stir Fry
   2  ( 10 oz.) Salmon Caponata
   2 ( 16 oz.) Prime Rib Beef & Gravy with Pearl Onions & Mushrooms
   2 ( 8 oz.) BBQ Sliced Beef Brisket

   2 ( 4 oz.) Barley Vegetable Pilaf
   2 ( 6 oz.) Brussel Sprouts with Bacon
   2 ( 3 oz.) French Bread

Cashew Chicken Stir Fry
Cook from frozen state. *Microwave directions based on 1000-watt oven. Adjust cook time as needed as oven wattage varies. internal temperature needs to be at or above 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer before eating.
Stovetop: Pour entire bag into a medium sized nonstick skillet. Cover with a lid and cook over medium high heat for 8 to 9 minutes. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 F as measured with a food thermometer before eating. Serve and enjoy!
Microwave: Pour entire bag's contents into a microwaveable safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes. Pull back plastic wrap, stir contents and re-cover. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 4 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!


Salmon Caponata
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15-20 min or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 mins longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place on a plate and serve. 
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray on plate in microwave. Heat for 3-4 minutes or until warm, stirring periodically. Carefully place on a plate and serve.


Prime Rib Beef & Gravy with Pearl Onions & Mushrooms

BBQ Sliced Beef Brisket
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking time will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 
Microwave: Do not remove or pierce plastic film. Place tray in microwave. Heat on high for 3.5 to 4.5 minutes. Film will expand and form a bubble during heating, then self vent and slowly relax over brisket. Remove from microwave and let rest for 2 minutes. Caution, contents are very hot!
Stovetop: Place contents of package in a small saucepan. Heat slowly over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Beef is ready when heated thoroughly. Remove from heat and place brisket on a plate.


Barley Vegetable Pilaf
Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. 
Microwave (preferred method): Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray with barley on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Place pilaf into a bowl to serve. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray and place tray on a cookie sheet. Heat for 15 minutes, stirring periodically. Place barley into a bowl to serve.


Brussel Sprouts with Bacon
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place vegetables into a bowl to serve. 
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray on a plate in the microwave. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring periodically. Carefully place vegetables into a bowl and serve.


French Bread
No Reheating Required. Remove plastic packaging. Let the bread thaw, then serve and enjoy!
