Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer and place on a paper towel. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 2 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Preheat oven to 325º F.
Place quiche on tray provided or a non-stick pan. Cook 15 -17 minutes until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Transfer quiche to a plate and serve.
Place quiche on a paper towel in tray and then on a plate and place in the microwave.
Cook on high for 1-1.5 minutes until 165 degrees inside. Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
