Crab Cake Dinner for Two.  Treat that special someone to a dinner they'll remember. Our crab cakes use only blue crab meat with minimal fillers. With this petite dinner you get two 3 oz. crab cakes, a vegetable potato medley, and two molten chocolate lava cakes. Meal sevres 2.

This meal includes the following:

Crab Cakes (3oz. each)
Vegetable Potato Medley (8 oz.)
Molten Lava Cake (3.5 oz each)

Green Bean Medley
Cook from frozen.
Skillet:  Preheat skillet on medium heat. Add frozen vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes without stirring. After 5 minutes continuously stir and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Microwave:  Place in a microwave safe bowl and cover. Microwave on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
To ensure food safety, cook to 165 degrees F throughout.

Crab Cakes
Baking from Frozen (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 27-32 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on broiler for the last two minutes of baking.
Pan Fry:  Thaw completely under refrigeration. Preheat pan on medium heat with tsp. of oil or butter. Cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 4-6 minutes per side. Crab cake may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period.

Molten Chocolate Cake
Prepare from frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 410 degrees F. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and into preheated oven. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Microwave Oven (800W): Place one molten chocolate cake on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 35-40 seconds. Adjust depending on the power of your microwave oven.
