Pecanwood Smoked Flank Ham
Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. Place frozen ham in refrigerator for 18-24 hours. Remove from refrigerator and serve or cook as directed. This ham is fully cooked and can be eaten without reheating. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove ham from package and place in a baking pan with 2" sides. Add 1/3 cup of water to the pan. Cover the pan with foil. Conventional Oven: Heat for 1 1/2 hours (approximately 20-25 minutes per pound) or until warm. Convection Oven: Heat for 1 hour and 10 minutes (approximately 15-18 minutes per pound) or until warm. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes for browning. Let ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Family-Size Whipped Sweet Potatoes
Do Not Thaw. MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Remove wrapping. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for an additional 2 minutes. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapping. Cover potatoes tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Heat for 30 minutes. Remove foil and stir potatoes. Continue heating for an additional 30 minutes.
Roasted Root Vegetables
Do Not Thaw. Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove vegetables from packaging. Spread in single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, ¼ teaspoon salt and ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper. Roast for 25 minutes until golden brown and tender. Microwave (1100 Watt): Remove vegetables from packaging. Place in a microwave-safe dish. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, ¼ teaspoon salt and ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper. Cover with plastic wrap venting one corner. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Carefully peel back film; stir. Microwave an additional 1 ½ minutes or until tender.
Two-Layer Carrot Cake
For best results, remove cake from box and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Cake may be thawed at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Slice and serve. Keep thawed cake covered and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days.
