Details:

Classic Elegance Sampler. Highlighted in this sampler is a gourmet steak dinner, along with a delicious juicy chicken breast meal. We have also included a Traditional Beef Lasagna, and for a home-cooked taste, you can savor the Boneless Pork Chop Platter. These meals can be served all at once, or enjoyed one at a time. Steaks and chops require cooking. All meals are ready to in just 15 minutes or less.

This meal includes the following:

   2 ( 5 oz.) Top Sirloin Steaks
   4 ( 3 oz.) Chicken Breasts 
   1 (24 oz.) Traditional Beef Lasagna
   4 ( 4 oz.) Boneless Pork Chops

   4 (12 oz.) Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes 
   6 ( 6.5 oz.) Green Beans With Red Peppers
   4 ( 5.5 oz.) Stuffed Baked Potatoes
   1 ( 20 oz.) Steakhouse Creamed Corn
   4 ( 4 oz.) Individual New York Cheesecakes
   2 Packets Steak Seasoning

Top Sirloin Steaks
Thaw in refrigerator. Pat steaks dry and season food before grilling. Use sea salt and freshly cracked pepper or a steak seasonings/ rub. Sear the outside of your steaks over high heat and avoid moving them before ready. This helps with the flavor and juiciness. Use tongs or a spatula to turn your meat on the grill - poking with a fork can damage the meat. Always wash utensils used on raw meat or have separate utensils. Close your grill cover as much as possible while cooking to maintain a temperature around 450F. This helps lock in flavor and prevent flare-ups. For timing, use the 60/40 grilling method. Grill for 60% of the time on the first side, then grill 40% of the time after you turn over the steak. This will give you an evenly cooked steak. After grilling, place your finished steak on a clean plate - never put cooked steak on the plate you used to bring raw steaks to the grill without thoroughly washing it first. Allow your steaks to "rest" tented with foil for 5 minutes between cooking and eating. This will help the juices redistribute for the best-tasting and juiciest steak.

Chicken Breasts
Microwave: Remove chicken breasts from bag. Place one chicken breast in microwave safe dish. Cover with paper towel Heat on HIGH for 2 - 2˝ minutes. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 °F. Place desired number of chicken breasts on foil lined baking sheet. Heat for 12-15 minutes. Thaw and Serve: Chicken breasts may be thawed, sliced and served cold.

Boneless Pork Chops
Thaw in refrigerator. Grill: Preheat grill. Remove pork chops from package. Pat dry, season as desired and cook over medium heat for approximately 4-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reached 145 °F. Broil: Preheat broiler. Remove pork chops from package. Pat dry, season as desired. Place on broiler pan 3-4 inches from heat source. Broil 4-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145 °F. Contact Grill: Preheat contact grill. Season thawed pork chops. Grill 4-5 minutes for a 4 oz. chop; 5-6 minutes for a 5 oz. chop; 6-7 minutes for a 6 oz. chop. Beef, Pork, Lamb, Veal and Poultry have been born, raised and harvested in the USA.

Traditional Beef Lasagna
Do not thaw-prepare from frozen state.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°.Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place frozen tray of lasagna on a baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake 55-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve
Microwave: Remove tray from box and cut small slit in center of film. Place frozen tray in microwave and cook on medium high for 9-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from microwave with oven mitts and let stand 5 minutes. Carefully remove film, slice and serve. 

Steakhouse Creamed Corn
Do not thaw-prepare from frozen state. 
Microwave: Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes 
Do not thaw-prepare from frozen state.

Microwave (1100-WATT):*Remove cellophane covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato tray. Microwave on HIGH for 3-4 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for 1 minute. Let rest 1 minute before serving.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove cellophane covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato tray and place on baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes before serving. *Create Parmesan Cheese Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, by sprinkling 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese on each tray of potatoes prior to placing in the oven.

Green Beans
Do not thaw-prepare from frozen state.

Microwave (1100-WATT): Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 30 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 28 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.

Stuffed Baked Potatoes 
Do not thaw-prepare from frozen state.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove potato from package. Place desired number of frozen portions on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 40 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned.
Grill: Preheat grill. Remove potato from cellophane package. Place frozen potatoes on a sheet of aluminum foil. Wrapping foil around potatoes, leaving top half exposed. Grill on medium-high heat. Cook with grill lid down for 35 to 45 minutes.
Microwave: Remove potato from wrap. Place one frozen potato on microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 21/2 to 4 minutes rotating at half way point. To cook two potatoes, increase cooking time to 4 to 6 minutes.

Individual New York Cheesecakes
Take out desired number of cheesecakes from freezer and remove outer plastic wrap. Carefully remove cheesecake from cup by pressing the bottom of the cup with thumbs while holding the edges. Place on a serving plate and thaw for approximately 2 hours at room temperature or 5-6 hours in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap. Store any unused portions covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
