Chicken Skewers with Vegetables
Thaw in refrigerator. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, COOK THOROUGHLY TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
GRILL: Preheat grill to high. Remove chicken skewers from package. Grill over HIGH heat for 5-6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
OVEN: Preheat broiler. Remove chicken skewers from package. Place on broiler pan on top rack of oven. Broil 5-6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.


Steakhouse Chicken Breasts
Thaw in refrigerator. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
SEAR AND ROAST: Preheat oven to 375°F. Preheat an oven safe pan to medium. Pat dry and season chicken breast. Place chicken breast in pan skin side down. Sear for 3-5 minutes. Flip chicken breast and place in oven for 15-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place desired amount of chicken breasts on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
GRILL: Preheat grill to medium. Season chicken breasts as desired. Grill breasts 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.


Chicken Cordon Bleu
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove all packaging from the product and place frozen on a baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until product reaches 165°F as indicated by a food thermometer.


Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Breasts
Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. FOOD MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
Sear and roast cooking method: Preheat oven to 375°F. Preheat an oven safe pan to medium. Place chicken breast in pan and sear for 5 minutes. Flip chicken breast and place in oven for 20-25 minutes.
Air Fryer (1500 Watt): Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Lightly spray basket with nonstick cooking spray. Remove chicken from packaging and place desired number of servings in air fryer, bacon seam side up, leaving 1" between pieces. Cook for 7 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.


Slow Cooker Meal: White Chicken Chili with Beans
READ INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. FOOD MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER. Appliances vary; adjust cook time accordingly.
Remove bag and 2 packages of chicken from box. Carefully open bag and remove 3 sauce pouches. Open chicken packages and place chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Open sauce pouches and place sauce, 1/2 cup of water and remaining bag contents on top of chicken. Place lid securely onto slow cooker to minimize moisture loss. Select power level and cook time (see chart). When cooking is complete, stir and serve.

Instructions for EXPRESS COOKER. Remove 2 packages of beef from box. Open bag containing vegetables and 3 sauce pouches. Remove 3 sauce pouches and return vegetables to freezer. Add 1/2 c. water to the bottom of the Express Cooker. Open beef and sauce pouches place in bottom of Express Cooker. Place lid securely on Express Cooker and make sure steam valve is in closed position. Press MEAT/STEW, pressure HIGH and adjust time to 40 minutes. Press START. After 40 minutes release pressure and open lid. Add vegetables and replace lid. Make sure the steam valve is in the closed position. Press STEAM, pressure HIGH and adjust time to 8 minutes. Press START. After 8 minutes release pressure and open lid. Stir and serve.
