A happy, hearty, wholesome Sunday dinner is just what the family needs, and this summertime meal is enough to satisfy the whole gang. It starts with tender and flavorful air-chilled chickens that have been marinated in garlic and herbs. Then, it's split lengthwise giving you a breast, wing, leg, and thigh. Enjoy flavorful dark meat and mild white meat. (Chicken requires cooking. Please see meal preparation tab below.) These chicken halves have been paired with summer light sides. Caprese Risotto made with from-scratch basil pesto and authentic Italian inspired Arborio rice. It also features semi-dried marinated cherry tomatoes, creamy fresh mozzarella pearls, and finished with white wine and fresh lemon juice. Corn & Edamame Succotash which is a vibrant mix of sweet corn, edamame (young soybeans), onion, and red peppers. And don't forget the Individual Baguettes with Garlic Butter. Meal serves 8.

This meal includes the following:

   4 (18 oz.) Air-Chilled Half Chicken with Garlic & Herb
   2 (15 oz.) Corn & Edamame Succotash
   1 (25 oz.) Caprese Risotto
   8 (3 oz.) Individual Baguettes with Garlic Butter

Air-Chilled Half Chicken with Garlic & Herb
THAW IN REFRIGERATOR. APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST COOK TIMES ACCORDINGLY. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. COOK THOROUGHLY TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
GRILL: Preheat grill to medium (350-400°F). Clean and oil grill grates. Remove chicken from packaging and place, skin side down, on the grill grates. Cover and grill for 6-8 minutes or until chicken skin easily pulls away from grill. Flip chicken and grill for another 6-8 minutes. Remove from grill, let rest 5 minutes and serve. 
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and lightly oil. Remove chicken from packaging place on a baking sheet, skin side up. Place baking sheet in oven on center rack and bake for 18 minutes. Turn broiler to high and broil chicken for 3-5 minutes or until skin starts to crisp. Remove chicken from oven, let rest 5 minutes and serve.

Corn & Edamame Succotash
Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. 
STOVE TOP: Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp. butter and 1 Tbsp. oil to skillet. Open bag and add contents of bag to skillet and cover with lid. Stir occasionally and cook for 7 minutes. Take lid off and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. MICROWAVE (1100 WATTS): Pour contents of bag and 1 Tbsp. of butter into a microwave-safe dish and cover. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes. Stir and cook on HIGH for an additional 2 minutes uncovered.

Caprese Risotto 
DO NOT THAW. APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST TIMES ACCORDINGLY. 
MICROWAVE (1100 WATT): Remove film and place risotto in microwave. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes, stir, and microwave for an additional 5-6 minutes or until 165°F as indicated by a food thermometer. Let stand 2-4 minutes, stir, and serve.

Individual Baguettes with Garlic Butter
Do Not Thaw. Do not refreeze after thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from packaging and place the frozen baguettes on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes to desired color or crispness.
