Air-Chilled Half Chicken with Garlic & Herb
THAW IN REFRIGERATOR. APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST COOK TIMES ACCORDINGLY. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. COOK THOROUGHLY TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
GRILL: Preheat grill to medium (350-400°F). Clean and oil grill grates. Remove chicken from packaging and place, skin side down, on the grill grates. Cover and grill for 6-8 minutes or until chicken skin easily pulls away from grill. Flip chicken and grill for another 6-8 minutes. Remove from grill, let rest 5 minutes and serve.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and lightly oil. Remove chicken from packaging place on a baking sheet, skin side up. Place baking sheet in oven on center rack and bake for 18 minutes. Turn broiler to high and broil chicken for 3-5 minutes or until skin starts to crisp. Remove chicken from oven, let rest 5 minutes and serve.
Corn & Edamame Succotash
Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
STOVE TOP: Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp. butter and 1 Tbsp. oil to skillet. Open bag and add contents of bag to skillet and cover with lid. Stir occasionally and cook for 7 minutes. Take lid off and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. MICROWAVE (1100 WATTS): Pour contents of bag and 1 Tbsp. of butter into a microwave-safe dish and cover. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes. Stir and cook on HIGH for an additional 2 minutes uncovered.

MICROWAVE (1100 WATT): Remove film and place risotto in microwave. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes, stir, and microwave for an additional 5-6 minutes or until 165°F as indicated by a food thermometer. Let stand 2-4 minutes, stir, and serve.
Individual Baguettes with Garlic Butter
Do Not Thaw. Do not refreeze after thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from packaging and place the frozen baguettes on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes to desired color or crispness.
