4 Boneless Chicken Breasts (1 lb pkg.)
2 (12 oz. pkgs.) Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
2 (8 oz. pkgs.) Five Grain Rice Pilaf

Boneless Chicken Breasts
4 count | 1 lb.
Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 F as measured by use of a thermometer. Thaw in Refrigerator. Broil or Grill: Preheat broiler or grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature is 165F. Contact Grill: Grill 3-4 minutes total on preheated contact grill or until an internal temperature of 165F is reached. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Season as desired. Place chicken breasts in greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165F is reached. Pan Saut: Place 1 Tbsp. of cooking oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts to pan. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side reducing heat to medium after flipping. Cook to an Internal temperature of 165F. County of Origin: USA.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. | serves 6
Do Not Thaw! Microwave (1100-WATT):*Remove cellophane covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato tray. Microwave on HIGH for 3-4 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for 1 minute. Let rest 1 minute before serving. Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove cellophane covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato tray and place on baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes before serving. *Create Parmesan Cheese Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, by sprinkling 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese on each tray of potatoes prior to placing in the oven.

Five Grain Rice Pilaf
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. | serves 4
Do not thaw! Microwave (1100 Watt): Remove from film. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Internal temperature must reach 165F, continue heating until temperature is reached. Stir and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove from film and bake on baking sheet uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir. Bake an additional 20 minutes uncovered, until internal temperature reaches 165F. Carefully remove from oven. Stir and serve.
