Now you can create your own holiday meal pack with a down-home roast. You select the meal package that works best for you or your recipient(s). Simply use the dropdown links to include the items you want, and we will ship your ideal holiday meal pack out right away or the schedule you request at checkout. This meal includes all the traditional favorites, without all the extra time in the kitchen. Choose a ham, pork loin or beef roast as the centerpiece. See meal information below for portion details. Duroc Boneless Country Ham
Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Place frozen ham in refrigerator for 26-28 hours. Remove from refrigerator and serve or cook as directed. This ham is fully cooked and can be eaten without reheating.
Roaster Method: To serve hot. Remove ham from packaging. Place ham on a roasting rack in a roaster cut side down. Pour water in the bottom of the roaster until water is within 1/4 inch of the base of the ham. Put cover on roaster and cook at 275°F for 18-20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
Oven Method: Preheat oven to 275°F. Remove ham from packaging and place cut side down in a roasting pan on a roasting rack. Pour water in bottom of pan until water is within 1/4 inch of the base of the ham. Cover ham with a piece of parchment paper and cover with foil. Place ham in oven on middle rack. Bake for 2 1/2-3 hours until ham reaches internal temperature of 140°F.

Fully Cooked Beef Pot Roast
FROM THAWED: Thaw in refrigerator.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove thawed roast and juice from package and place in covered pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
FROM FROZEN:
Microwave: Place frozen roast and packaging upside down in microwave safe dish. Microwave on DEFROST for 30 minutes, turning over half way through cooking. Cut 2 small slits in packaging, microwave on high for 15-17 minutes. Remove from packaging. Slice and serve with au jus.

Boneless Pork Loin Roast
Sear and Slow Roast Method: Thaw roasts 24-48 hours in refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 250°F. Lightly oil and season roast. Sear roasts in a large pan, with small amount of oil, or on the grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until well browned. Place the roast on an elevated rack in a roasting pan. Refer to cooking times below and use a kitchen thermometer. Allow 15-20 minutes resting time before serving.

Whipped Sweet Potatoes 
Do Not Thaw. 
MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Remove wrapping. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for an additional 2 minutes. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapping. Cover potatoes tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Heat for 30 minutes. Remove foil and stir potatoes. Continue heating for an additional 30 minutes.

Creamed Spinach
Preparation: Do Not Thaw.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray and place tray on a baking sheet. Place baking sheet on middle rack of preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve. 
Microwave (1100 Watt): Remove plastic wrap from tray and place tray in microwave. Heat for 4 minutes on HIGH. Stir and microwave for 1 additional minute or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.

Green Beans
Do Not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 28 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.
Microwave: Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 30 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Green Bean Casserole
Do Not Thaw!
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 35-37 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.
Microwave: Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 3 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve.

Smashed Red Potatoes
Do Not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. 
MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Remove wrapping. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for an additional 2 minutes. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapping. Cover potatoes tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Heat for 30 minutes. Remove foil and stir potatoes. Continue heating for an additional 30 minutes.

Brussels Sprouts with Shallots and Bacon 
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. 
FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. FOOD MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
Stove Top: Separate Brussel Sprouts and place in a large pan over medium heat. Cook for 12-15 minutes stirring often. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place frozen tray on a foil lined baking sheet in the center of the oven. Cook for 35-40 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and serve.
Microwave (1100 WATTS): Remove tray from film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 4 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes. Stir, let rest 1 minute and serve.

Steakhouse Cauliflower Gratin
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F PRIOR TO EATING.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove film and cover tray with foil. Place on a baking sheet. Place on center rack of the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.

Harvest Rice Pilaf
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly.
FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. COOK THOROUGHLY TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
Stovetop: Preheat a medium nonstick skillet to medium high. Add 1 T. water, 1 T. butter or oil and contents of bag to skillet. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Stir, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Stir, remove from heat and let stand covered for 2 minutes. Fluff and serve.
Microwave (1100 WATT): Place contents of package in a microwave safe baking dish. Add 1 T. water and 1 T. butter or oil. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Stir, cover and microwave 3 minutes. Uncover, fluff and serve.

Sticky Toffee Pudding Cakes
Do not thaw. Microwave (1100W): Remove cake from plastic wrapper and place right side up on microwave safe plate. Heat on High for 1 minute. Invert cake onto plate, remove cup and serve. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove cakes from box and plastic wrapper. Place cakes right side up on a baking sheet. Bake for 14-16 minutes. Let cakes stand in their cups for 1-2 minutes. Invert cake onto plate, remove cup and serve.

Caramel Apple Tartlets
Do not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from cellophane bag. Place on foil lined baking sheet allowing space between each piece. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Microwave (1100-Watt): Remove from cellophane bag. Place on microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 60-70 seconds.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium (350-400°F) for indirect cooking. For gas grills, light half the burners; for charcoal grills, push coals to one side of the grill. Remove desired number of tartlets from packaging and place in a disposable aluminum pan. Place aluminum pan over unlit portion of the grill. Close lid and cook for 12 minutes. Rotate pan and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until center of the tartlet is warm.
Air Fryer (1500 Watt): Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Lightly spray basket with nonstick cooking spray. Remove desired number of tartlets from packaging, place in air fryer. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from air fryer. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.

Pumpkin Pie
Thaw in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Remove all packing, slice and serve. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Premium New York Cheesecake
Preparation to thaw: Remove from freezer and packaging and thaw at room temperature for 30-45 minutes. Refrigerate any unused portions covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Chocolate Lover's Cake
Remove frozen cake from box. For best results, place in refrigerator and thaw overnight. Cake may be thawed at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours maximum. Slice and serve. Keep thawed cake covered in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.

Pecan Pie
From Thawed: Thaw in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 4-5 hours. If desired heated, remove plastic packaging but leave pie in foil pan. Place pie on a foil lined baking sheet. Place pie on center rack in oven. Bake pie in a preheated 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes. Rest pie 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. Single slices can be plated and heated in the microwave for 20-25 seconds on HIGH heat.
From Frozen: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove pie from plastic packaging but leave pie in foil pan. Place pie on a foil lined baking sheet. Place pie on center rack of oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Carefully remove pie from oven and wait 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
