The Chicken Fried Steaks are a down home favorite that always satisfies. Plus, the Polynesian Pork Chops are lean, juicy, and packed with island flavor. Each meal serves 4.

This meal includes the following:

   4 (6 oz.) Butcher's Cut Top Sirloins
   4 (6 oz.) Polynesian Pork Chops
   4 (6 oz.) Steakhouse Chicken Breasts
   4 (4.5 oz.) Chicken Fried Steaks
   4 (5 oz.) Steaks Burgers
   4 (2.88 oz.) Potatoes au Gratin
   4 (4 oz.) Caramel Apple Tartlets
   1 (3.1 oz. jar) Steaks Seasoning

Butcher's Cut Top Sirloins
For best results, remove the vacuum-sealed steaks from the box and thaw overnight in your refrigerator. You can also thaw the sealed steaks in cold water for 30-45 minutes. After cooking, allow the steaks to rest 3-5 minutes before serving. Verify the degree of doneness by using your kitchen thermometer. The cooking times below are in minutes and based on fully thawed steaks.

Polynesian Pork Chops
Thaw in Refrigerator. Grill: Preheat grill to high. Remove pork chops from packaging and pat dry. Grill over high heat 2-3 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 145°. Broil: Preheat broiler, positioning top rack 3-4 inches from broiler. Remove pork chops from packaging and pat dry. Place on broiler pan on top oven rack. Broil for 2-3 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 145°. Pan Saute: Preheat 1 tbsp of olive oil in sauté pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove pork chops from packaging and pat dry. Place pork chops in hot pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°. 

Steakhouse Chicken Breasts
Thaw in refrigerator. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. SEAR AND ROAST: Preheat oven to 375°F. Preheat an oven safe pan to medium. Pat dry and season chicken breast. Place chicken breast in pan skin side down. Sear for 3-5 minutes. Flip chicken breast and place in oven for 15-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place desired amount of chicken breasts on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. GRILL: Preheat grill to medium. Season chicken breasts as desired. Grill breasts 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Chicken Fried Steaks
FROM FROZEN: Do Not Thaw! Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F, as measured by use of a thermometer. Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove steaks from packaging and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Flip over steaks and bake an additional 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Place desired amount of chicken fried steaks in fry pan basket leaving ½" between each steak. Cook for 16-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°, flipping half way through cooking time.

Steaks Burgers
FROM THAWED: Thaw in Refrigerator. Remove burgers from packaging while still frozen. GRILL OR BROIL: Grill or broil 5-6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Overcooking can result in a dry product. CONTACT GRILL: Grill for a total of 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. PAN FRY: Preheat a small amount of cooking oil in non-stick pan over medium heat. Add burgers, pan frying for 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.  The United Stated Department of Agriculture recommends that ground beef be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F when measured with a kitchen thermometer.
FROM FROZEN: Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. GRILL OR BROIL: Grill at 450°F (medium to low setting) for 6-7 minutes on the first side, flip and cook another 5-6 minutes on second side until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Overcooking can result in a dry product. PAN FRY: Preheat a small amount of cooking oil in non-stick pan over medium heat. Add burgers, reduce to medium low heat, and pan fry for 7-8 minutes on the first side and 6-7 minutes on the second side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.  Overcooking can result in a dry product.
The United States Department of Agriculture recommends that ground beef be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F as measured by a food thermometer. 

Potatoes au Gratin
Do Not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.  Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place desired number of servings on a foil lined or nonstick baking sheet allowing approximately 2 inches between pieces. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.  Microwave (1100-WATT): Place 1-2 portions on microwave safe dish. Microwave on high power for approximately 1-3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 300°F. Place desired amount of potatoes au gratin in fry pan basket leaving 1/2" between au gratins. Cook for 25-30 minutes.

Caramel Apple Tartlets
Do not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.  Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from cellophane bag. Place on foil lined baking sheet allowing space between each piece. Bake for 18-20 minutes.  Microwave (1100-Watt): Remove from cellophane bag. Place on microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 60-70 seconds. Grill: Preheat grill to medium (350-400°F) for indirect cooking. For gas grills, light half the burners; for charcoal grills, push coals to one side of the grill. Remove desired number of tartlets from packaging and place in a disposable aluminum pan. Place aluminum pan over unlit portion of the grill. Close lid and cook for 12 minutes. Rotate pan and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until center of the tartlet is warm. Air Fryer (1500 Watt): Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Lightly spray basket with nonstick cooking spray. Remove desired number of tartlets from packaging, place in air fryer. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from air fryer. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
