OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Cover with foil and place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake covered for 40 minutes then remove foil, stir and bake an additional 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.
MICROWAVE (1100 WATTS): Cut two 1 inch slits in center of film. Place tray on a microwave-safe plate, place in microwave; cook on high for 6 minutes. Carefully remove film and stir. Replace film and cook on high for 2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
