The only difficult part about this French family favorite is saying the name. This is a flavorful savory dish that's been difficult to make for centuries. Now, there's no mess, no stress, and no shopping or chopping multiple ingredients. Beef tenderloin pieces with mushrooms and onions in a deep rich sauce made from wine and tomatoes. A classic beef dish, made with skill and passion by our chefs. Meal serves 2 or 4. 

This meal includes the following:

   Beef Bourguignon (Four 10 oz. servings)

Conventional Oven: Thaw pouch under refrigeration overnight. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut open the pouch and place contents in a small baking pan. Discard the plastic pouch. Place baking pan in the oven for 22-25 minutes or until product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Carefully remove the baking pan from the oven and serve.

Stove Top: From frozen - Bring 3-4 quarts of water in a large pot to boil. Add pouch to boiling water. When water returns to boil, reduce heat so the water is just simmering. Simmer 15-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the contents reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
