Alaskan King Crab Legs
Our King Crab Legs are delivered pre-cooked and frozen. Simply thaw overnight in the refrigerator, and then soak them in cold water for at least 15 minutes, changing water once (this is to remove salt-water glaze). If your preference is to serve them warm, reheat in a steamer or drop in a pot of boiling water for one minute, or just long enough for the meat to become hot. Serve with lemon and melted butter as you see fit. If you'd like to serve them cold, just add lemons and cocktail sauce for a fancy and delicious crab cocktail.
