Verdura Gourmet Artisan Flatbread with Kalamata Olives
Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove flatbread from packaging and place on cookie sheet in oven. When crust is browned remove flatbread from oven and place on plate.

Dough - Unbleached high gluten flour, sugar, soybean oil, eggs, water, sourdough sponge (unbleached flour, water, sugar), olive oil. Sauce -Vine ripened pear tomatoes, basil, salt. Topping (Red and Green and Yellow Bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, yellow squash, kalamata olives, olive oil, oregano, parsley, thyme, marjoram, salt, black pepper).
Contains major food allergens: wheat, eggs and soy. Made in a plant that also processes nuts.
