Bring the taste of fine Italian dining into your home with our traditional beef lasagna, hand layered with seasoned ground beef, pasta, Mozzarella, Ricotta, Monterey Jack, Parmesan and Romano cheeses. Add a side of Roasted Vegetable Medley and delicious Individual New York Cheesecakes and you've got the perfect meal. Meal serves 4.

This meal includes the following:

   1 (24 oz. pkg.) Traditional Beef Lasagna
   2 (7 oz. pkgs.) Roasted Vegetable Medley
   4 (4 oz.) Individual New York Cheesecakes

Traditional Beef Lasagna
Do not thaw-prepare from frozen state.
Microwave: Remove tray from box and cut small slit in the center of film. Place frozen tray on a microwave-safe plate in the center of microwave and cook on medium high for 14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove tray from microwave and let stand 5 minutes. Carefully remove film, slice and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place frozen tray of lasagna on a baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove tray from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

Vegetable Medley
Do not thaw-prepare from frozen state.
Microwave (1100-WATT): Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 30 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve. 
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 28 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.

Individual New York Cheesecakes 
FROM FROZEN: Take out desired number of cheesecakes from freezer and remove outer plastic wrap. Carefully remove cheesecake from cup by pressing the bottom of the cup with thumbs while holding the edges. Place on a serving plate and thaw for approximately 2 hours at room temperature or 5-6 hours in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap. Store any unused portions covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
